The Optimism Collective pioneered Retro Funding and has allocated 850M OP from its initial token supply to Retro Funding. Rounds run throughout the year and reward a range of contribution categories, from onchain builders to developer tooling.
Filecoin
Inspired by Optimism's early success, the Filecoin ecosystem launched its first FILRetroPGF round in 2024. The program rewards both technical and non-technical contributions to the success of Filecoin.
